Return Policy
Our customers may return anything purchased from our stores within 30 days of receiving the order*. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item arrived different than described, damaged, leaked, or expired, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Return shipping will be covered for errant merchandise and damaged products if we make an error.
*The returns are offered only for new and unopened items. The item’s condition will be verified once received by the returns department.
*For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for the following products:
*Nails: Nail Polish, Tweezers, Nippers, Clippers, and all other implements.
*Hair: Brushes, Razors, Shears, Hair Color Accessories, and Hair Extensions.
*Skin: Makeup, Make-up Brushes, Eyelashes, Beauty Implements, and Hair Removal Accessories.
*Hair Color – Hair color results are not guaranteed. Please consult with the manufacturer directly prior to selecting a shade.
*Electrical: Appliances can be returned within 15 days of receiving products as long as the original packaging is intact.
*Items that are deemed altered, damaged or tampered with cannot be returned.
